Digital Manual Setup

To tune-in new channels, the DVD Recorder has been provided with the option Manual Scan where the channel data can be entered by user.

To setup, follow steps 1~3 on page 26.

 

4. Press the ▲▼ buttons to select Digital Manual Setup, then press OK

 

button.

 

5. Select the Channel Number which you want to find using ◄►

 

buttons.

 

Select Frequency and input the Frequency of the channel you want to

 

find by pressing the number button.

 

Select Bandwidth which you want to find using ◄► buttons.

 

When the valid frequency is input, the bandwidth is selected

 

automatically. You can select the value of 6,7 or 8 MHz. After select

 

option. Press OK button to start the scanning process.

To setup, follow steps 1~3 on page 26

 

4.Press the ▲▼ buttons to select Analogue Manual Setup, then press OK button.

Program : Press ▲▼ repeatedly to select the programme position (01 to 99) for the channel and press the OK button.

Channel : Tune the channel using ▲▼ buttons.

AFT : Fine tunes the channel to obtain a clearer picture. If the picture is not clear, select “Off” and press the OK button. When the fine tuning bar appears, press the ◄► buttons to obtain a clearer picture, then press the OK button.

Tuner Audio : Sets the channels for the NICAM broadcast.

Normally, select "NICAM." If the sound from the NICAM broadcast is not clear, select "Standard" and then press the OK button.

Station Name : Display station name automatically detected in broadcasting signal. If not detected, you can edit name by using ▲▼◄► buttons.

Analogue Channel List

You can swap or delete the desired channel in the channel list.

To setup, follow steps 1~3 on page 26.

4.Press the ▲▼ buttons to select Analogue Channel List, then press OK button.

Swap : Select the channel you want to swap by pressing the ▲▼ buttons, then press the OK button.

Move the channel by press the ▲▼ buttons, then press the OK button.

Delete : Select the channel you want to delete by pressing the ▲▼ buttons, then press the CANCEL button.
