Il telecomando non funziona.

•• Controllare se la spia di accensione del televisore lampeggia premendo il tasto Accensione del telecomando. Se non lampeggia, sostituire le pile del telecomando.

•• Verificare che le batterie siano state inserite nel verso giusto rispettando la polarità (+/-).

•• Puntare il telecomando verso il televisore a una distanza di 1,5 ~1,8 m.

•• Se il televisore è dotato di Samsung Smart Remote (telecomando Bluetooth), accertarsi che sia stato abbinato al televisore.

Il telecomando del ricevitore via cavo/satellitare non riesce ad accendere o spegnere il televisore o a regolare il volume.

•• Programmare il telecomando del ricevitore via cavo/satellitare in modo che possa controllare le funzioni del televisore. Consultare il manuale dell'utente del ricevitore via cavo/satellitare per il codice del televisore

•• La TV è in modalità Modalità di rivendita. Cambiare Modalità d'uso nel menu Generali a Modalità Casa (	>

Wi-Fi intermittente

•• Accertarsi che la TV sia dotata di una connessione di rete ( > Impostazioni > Generali > Rete > Stato rete).

•• Verificare che la password Wi-Fi sia stata digitata correttamente.

•• Controllare la distanza tra il televisore ed il Modem/Router. La distanza non deve superare i 15,2 m.

•• Ridurre le interferenze non utilizzando o spegnendo i dispositivi wireless. Verificare inoltre che non vi siano ostacoli tra il televisore ed il Modem/Router. (la forza del segnale Wi-Fi può essere influenzata da apparecchi, telefoni cordless, pareti/camini, ecc)
