INFORMATION CODES

If your washing machine malfunctions, you may see an information code on the display. If this happens, please check the table below and try the suggested solution before calling Customer Service.

	CODE SYMBOL	SOLUTION

	dE	• Make sure the door is ﬁ rmly closed.
	dE	• Make sure that laundry is not caught in the door.

		will be shown in the display window.

	cE/3E	• Call the after-sales service.

		• It appears when the internal temperature of the drum is high. The
	Hot	fan will automatically function, so just wait until “Hot” indication
		disappeared.
