Mute Function

You can turn the sound off temporarily on your system. Example: You wish to answer a telephone call.

Selecting an Equalizer Preset

Your mini-compact system is equipped with a preset equalizer that allows you to choose the most appropriate balance between treble and bass frequencies, according to the type of music you are listening to

Press EQ button on the remote control until the required option is selected. Each time the EQ button is pressed in sequence, the equalizer modes and

sounds mode “ PASS, POP, ROCK, CLASSIC, HALL, LIVE, CINEMA,

DISCO” are selected in this order.

Equalizer mode

PASS Normal balance (linear)

POP Balance suitable for pop music

ROCK Balance suitable for rock music

CLASSIC Balance suitable for classic music

HALL Balance suitable for hall

LIVE Balance suitable for live

CINEMA Balance suitable for cinema

DISCO Balance suitable for disco

The corresponding indication in the display is preceded by a red arrow (except for the normal balance Pass, for which nothing is displayed).

Power Surround Function

Your mini-compact system is equipped with the function of Power Surround.

The Power Surround replaces conventional stereo sound with a wider and more true-to-life sound. It creates the feeling of being right at the centre of the music and being surrounded by total music sound.

Press P. Surround button on the front panel until the required option is selected. Each time the P. Surround

button is pressed, “P,SURR, is selected or cancelled in this order.
