A Samsung biztosíthat szoftverfrissítéseket a Crystal Surround Air Track rendszerhez a jövőben.

Ha rendelkezésre áll frissítés, frissítheti az eszköztszoftvert, ha a frissítést tartalmazó USB adathordozót csatlakoztatja az Air Track USB portjához.

Fontos, hogy ha több frissítőfájl áll rendelkezésre, egyenként kell az USB meghajtóra másolni őket, és egyenként kell az eszközszoftver frissíteni velük.

▪Csatlakoztassa az eszközszoftver-frissítést tartalmazó USB meghajtót a készülék hátulján található USB porthoz.

▪A frissítés közben ne szakítsa meg az áramellátást és ne húzza ki az USM meghajtót. A szoftverfrissítés után a készülék automatikusan kikapcsol. A szoftver frissítésekor a beállítások visszatérnek a gyári alapértékekhez.

▪Ajánlott a beállítások feljegyzése, hogy a frissítés után újra elvégezhetők legyenek.

▪Ha a szoftverfrissítés nem sikerült, javasolt az USB-adathordozót újraformázni FAT16 struktúrában, és újra megpróbálni.

▪Frissítési célból ne formázza meg az USB-adathordozót NTFS rendszerben, mert ez nem támogatott fájlrendszer.

▪A gyártmánytól függően előfordulhat, hogy egyes USB-adathordozókat nem ismer fel.
