Cleaning the air conditioner

Removing the Air filter

1. Open the front panel following the direction of the arrow.

2. Keeping the front panel raised with one hand, take out the air filter with the other hand.

3.Install the air filter back into position.

4.Close the front panel.

Cleaning the Air Filter

Washable foam based air filter captures large particles from the air. The filter is cleaned with a vacuum or by hand washing.

1.Remove the Air filter from the main body.

2.Clean the Air filter with a vacuum cleaner or soft brush.

If dust is too heavy, rinse it with running water.

3.Dry the Air filter in a ventilated area.

4.Insert the Air filter back in its original position.

• Clean the air freshening filter at least once a month.

NOTE • If the Air filter dries in a confined (or humid) area, odors may be generated. If it occurs, re-clean and dry it in a well-ventilated area.

•If the filter is soiled with oil, it can be washed with warm water (not exceeding 45 °C). Leave it to dry in a cool and dry place.
