No steam

•Check the power supply.

•Check the steam switch is set to the on position.

WARNING: If the cleaner has been boiled dry it must be switched off for a few minutes to allow the safety cut-out to reset.

•Check water is in the tank.

•The cleaner may need descaling. We recommend the use of filtered water to reduce the scale.

(In hard water areas the cleaner will require regular descaling. Follow the instructions on page 8.)
