the canister lid. The filters can be washed in warm water then left to air-dry naturally. IMPORTANT: Ensure the filters are totally dry before re-fitting. Do not use detergents.

Central filter H

4Lift the central canister filter out of the canister.

5Remove any attached dirt by using the brush.

6Re-assemble by replacing the central canister filter into the canister.

7Replace the foam filter then the pleated circular filter into the top of the canister.

Motor protection filter J

The motor protection filter is located underneath the dust canister

1Remove the dust canister.

2Lift out the filter and shake rigorously over a dustbin.

8Replace the canister lid by lining up the arrows on the canister base and lid and twisting clockwise to lock into place I. The canister may be washed in water

Hepa exhaust filter J

The non-washable Hepa exhaust filter is located below the dust canister compartment.

1Remove the front cover.

2Remove the Hepa filter by pulling forward at the top and lift it away.

3Shake vigorously over a dustbin and use the filter cleaning brush to clean dust out of the pleats. Do not wash. The Hepa filter should be replaced every six months or sooner if it becomes damaged.

4Replace the filter and the front cover.

Changing the belt

If the power brush stops rotating it is likely that the drive belt has snapped (usually because the brush has been stalled). A spare belt is supplied. Replacement belts can also be obtained from Morphy Richards or a Service Agent.
