The appliance must be installed in accordance with local codes if any. If none exist use the current instal- lation code, ANSI Z223.1/NFPA 54 in the US and CSA B149 in Canada.

The appliance must be properly connected to a vent- ing system.

The appliance is not approved for closet or recessed installations.
