WARRANTY

WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY COVER?

MOTOROLA INC. ("MOTOROLA") warrants its MOTOROLA manufactured Radius Communication Products ("Product") against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of time from the date of purchase as scheduled below:

Two (2) years

 

 

Motorola Accessories

One (1) year

 

 

Mag One Accessories

Six (6) months

 

 

 

The balance of the original

Products and

warranty or for ninety (90)

Accessories that are

NOTE:

Rechargeable batteries will be replaced during the applicable warranty period if:

A)the battery capacity falls below 80% of rated capacity, or

B)the battery develops leakage.
