Tornillos cortos

1. Inserte los paneles guía en las guías del acondicionador de aire.

2. Fije las cortinas al acondicionador de aire con los tornillos cortos.

3. Corte una tira de obturación con respaldo adhesivo al ancho de la ventana. Quite el respaldo de la tira de obturación. Fije la tira de obturación a la parte inferior de la ventana.

Nota: sujete con firmeza el acondicionador de aire para evitar que se caiga de la abertura durante la instalación.

4. Abra la ventana y marque la línea central del umbral interior.

5. Fije un soporte en “L” de 20.3 cm (8 pulg.) a cualquiera de los lados de la línea central, nivelado contra la parte trasera del umbral interior de la ventana, con el lado corto del soporte en posición vertical. Los soportes ayudarán a mantener el acondicionador de aire en su lugar. Utilice 2 tornillos cortos.

6. Con cuidado levante el acondicionador de aire y deslícelo hacia la ventana abierta. Asegúrese de que la guía inferior del acondicionador de aire se apoye en el soporte en “L”. Asegúrese de que el acondicionador de aire esté centrado en la ventana, de derecha a izquierda.

7. Baje la vidriera de la ventana detrás de la guía superior del acondicionador de aire. Asegúrese de que el acondicionador de aire se incline hacia atrás, como se muestra.

8. Extienda los paneles guía para llenar la abertura de la ventana. Utilice 4 tornillos para madera.

9. Inserte el obturador de vidrieras de ventana de guillotina detrás del borde superior de la vidriera de la ventana inferior, contra el vidrio de la ventana superior.

10. Fije el soporte en “L” usando un tornillo corto.
