To set the delay TIMER to turn the air conditioner on, air conditioner must be in the OFF mode. To set the

TIMER:

Press TIMER.

Press TIMER to change delay time (from 1 to 12 hours). Press TIMER, or wait 10 seconds. (Light will remain on.)

If you want to change the previous settings:

Turn air conditioner on.

Adjust MODE to FAN or COOL. Adjust FAN SPEED to F1, F2 or F3.

Adjust TEMPERATURE between 60°F and 86°F. Turn air conditioner off.

Press TIMER.

Press TIMER to change delay time (from 1 to 12 hours). Press TIMER or wait 3 seconds.

If you want to keep the previous settings:

Turn air conditioner off. Press TIMER.

Press TIMER to change delay time (from 1 to 12 hours). Press TIMER or wait 10 seconds.

To clear TIMER program, press and hold TIMER for 3 seconds. Indicator light will shut off. Air conditioner can be either on or off.

To see the remaining time (in hours), press TIMER once after it has been programmed. While the display is showing the remaining time, you can press TIMER to increase or decrease the time.
