If your air conditioner fails to operate, please follow these procedures prior to contacting customer service.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO OPEN OR REPAIR THE AIR CONDITIONER YOURSELF. DOING SO WILL VOID THE WARRANTY AND CAUSE DAMAGE OR PERSONAL INJURY.
