Put plug from fan through hole in switch plate.

Install switch plate by placing over the 2 screws and twisting into place. Install screw removed and tighten all 3 screws securely.

Push plug from fan and plug from switch plate together.

Loosen 3 screw on light plate as shown.

Plug white wire from fan to white wire from light kit. Then plug black wire from fan to black wire from light kit.

Place light kit over screws and twist direction of arrow into place. Then tighten all 3 screws securely.

Install 3 x 40 watt candelabra bulbs. Bulbs not included.
Install glass and finial nut.
