TYPE 1 INSTALLATION

TFP Directly Connected to

Forced Air Heating System

1.

Install 7” port collar (provided) on top and

bottom of TFP (Fig. 1). Use (4) 8/32” X 3/8”

screws (provided).

2.

Remove protective backing from pieces of

foam and stick them to the 4 corners of the TFP

on the side being mounted against the plenum.

3.

Remove the 4 mounting bolts from the back of the

TFP cabinet. (Fig. 1)

4.

Attach top and bottom mounting brackets

NOTE: Do not support the weight of the TFP on the duct. Duct must be open and not pinched.

NOTE: Due to possible noise transfer through the duct system, it may be preferable in some situations to hang the TFP a short distance from the plenum, and connect by running flexible ducting between them. Four nylon hanging straps are provided for this option.

(provided) vertical to the TFP cabinet and

reinstall mounting bolts.

5.

Lift the TFP into position. Edge of TFP must be

positioned on plenum to allow clearance

needed for latches.

6.

Install the (4) 8/32” X 3/4” mounting screws

(provided) through the brackets and into position.

Tighten and secure.

7.

TFP should now sit securely against the plenum

with the foam in between.

8.

Cut 2 - 7” holes in the plenum. Install ducting to

join TFP to the return air plenum (Fig. 2).

TFP3000, TFP3000HEPA specifications

The Lifebreath TFP3000 and TFP3000HEPA are advanced air purification systems designed to enhance indoor air quality by employing cutting-edge technologies. Both models stand out for their ability to filter various pollutants, allergens, and harmful particles from the air, making them perfect for homes, offices, and any enclosed spaces.

At the core of the Lifebreath TFP3000 and TFP3000HEPA is the advanced filtration technology that combines multiple layers of filtration media. The TFP3000 features a high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filter that captures 99.97% of particles as small as 0.3 microns. This is particularly effective against dust, pollen, mold spores, and pet dander. The TFP3000HEPA takes this a step further by integrating a specialized HEPA filter designed to trap even finer particles, ensuring superior filtration for sensitive environments.

One of the most notable features of both models is their low operating noise level, which enables them to function quietly in the background without disrupting daily activities. This is particularly beneficial in bedrooms and workspaces where concentration and rest are essential.

The Lifebreath systems employ advanced air management technology which includes a powerful yet energy-efficient motor. This motor efficiently circulates air throughout the room, ensuring that every corner benefits from clean filtered air. The TFP3000 series also includes innovative sensors that monitor air quality in real-time, adjusting the fan speed based on the level of contaminants detected. This smart technology not only optimizes performance but also enhances energy savings.

Furthermore, both units are designed for easy maintenance; they come with filter replacement indicators that inform users when it’s time to change filters, ensuring consistent performance.

In terms of design, the sleek and modern aesthetics of the Lifebreath TFP3000 and TFP3000HEPA allow them to blend seamlessly into any home decor. With user-friendly controls and multiple fan speed options, these air purifiers empower users to customize their airflow preferences.

With their exceptional filtration capabilities, smart technology, and user-friendly features, the Lifebreath TFP3000 and TFP3000HEPA stand out as reliable choices for anyone looking to improve their indoor air quality and create a healthier living environment.
