1.Cleaning the air grille and main unit

Use a damp cloth to wrap the main unit or use water and a mild detergent. Do not use bleach, chem- icals or abrasives.

Do not splash water directly onto the unit. Doing so may cause an electrical shock, cause the insula- tion to deteriorate, or cause the unit to rust.

Use a vacuum attachment or brush to clean the air intake and outlet grilles

Clean the bucket to prevent growth of mold, mildew and bacteria every two weeks.

Fill the bucket with clean warm water and add mild detergent to the water.

Dry thoroughly before reinserting the bucket to the main unit. NOTE: Do not clean the bucket in a dishwasher.

3.Cleaning the air filter

Remove the bucket and pull filter downwards

Use a vacuum cleaner or tap the filter lightly to remove loose dust

and dirt.

Rinse the air filter under warm or cold running water

(no hotter than 100F.)

Dry thoroughly before reinserting the air filter.

Reinstall the air filter and replace bucket securely

4.End of Season Storage

Ideal for residential spaces, office environments, or any setting where temperature control is a must, this portable air conditioner offers both cooling and dehumidifying benefits, making it a great choice for various climates and conditions.

One of the main features of the Whynter RPD-702WP is its dual functionality. It not only cools the air efficiently but also acts as a dehumidifier, removing excess moisture from the air to create a comfortable environment. This is particularly beneficial in humid regions where high moisture levels can make temperatures feel even warmer. With a dehumidifying capacity of up to 80 pints per day, it effectively helps maintain optimal humidity levels indoors.

The cooling capacity of the Whynter RPD-702WP is impressive, offering up to 7,000 BTUs. This makes it suitable for cooling areas up to approximately 300 square feet, providing relief during hot summer months. The unit operates quietly, ensuring that you can enjoy a comfortable atmosphere without the disruptive noise commonly associated with traditional air conditioning systems.

Another standout feature is the self-evaporative technology. This advanced system recycles and evaporates moisture collected during the cooling process, reducing the need for frequent emptying of the water tank. However, for added convenience, it still comes with a water tank that can be manually emptied if needed.

Mobility is a key characteristic of the Whynter RPD-702WP. The unit is equipped with four caster wheels, allowing it to be easily relocated from one room to another. The included exhaust hose is extendable, making it easy to set up in different spaces without hassle.

The user-friendly LED display and remote control make it easy to adjust settings from a distance. You can effortlessly switch between cooling modes, fan speeds, and set timers for operation. The programmable timer allows for cooling when you need it most, adding an element of flexibility to your comfort.

In addition to its performance features, the Whynter RPD-702WP includes an eco-friendly design. It uses R-410A refrigerant, which is less harmful to the environment compared to traditional refrigerants. This consideration for sustainability resonates with environmentally conscious consumers.

In summary, the Whynter RPD-702WP is a powerful and efficient portable air conditioning unit that combines cooling, dehumidifying, and eco-friendly technologies. Its mobility, user-friendly controls, and advanced features make it a prime choice for anyone looking to enhance their indoor climate during warmer months.
