80 - 285 specifications

The Lochinvar 80 - 285 is a well-regarded series of high-efficiency boilers that has established itself as a leading option for both residential and commercial applications. Known for its robust performance and innovative technologies, this range is designed to meet the diverse heating needs of modern buildings.

One of the standout features of the Lochinvar 80 - 285 series is its advanced condensing technology. This allows the boiler to extract a greater amount of heat from the combustion gases, resulting in higher energy efficiency. With an annual fuel utilization efficiency (AFUE) rating that can exceed 95%, users can expect significant savings on energy costs while reducing their carbon footprint.

Another important characteristic of the Lochinvar 80 - 285 is its stainless steel heat exchanger. The use of stainless steel not only enhances durability but also ensures longer life expectancy and resistance to corrosion. This makes it an excellent choice for harsh environments or areas with hard water. Furthermore, the design of the heat exchanger promotes optimal thermal performance and efficient heat transfer, ensuring that the system operates at peak efficiency.

The Lochinvar 80 - 285 series also incorporates intelligent controls, allowing for enhanced operation and management of heating systems. The intuitive user interface provides easy access to critical system information, allowing users to monitor performance and make adjustments as needed. The built-in diagnostic tools help in troubleshooting and maintaining optimal performance, minimizing downtime and service costs.

Moreover, the boiler is designed with a flexible venting system. It can be vented vertically or horizontally, offering installation versatility for various building configurations. This adaptability makes it a favorite among contractors and engineers, simplifying the installation process and reducing labor costs.

The Lochinvar 80 - 285 series prioritizes safety as well. It comes equipped with multiple safety features, including flame monitoring and automatic shut-off valves, ensuring that the system operates safely under all conditions. Additionally, its low emissions design contributes to a cleaner environment by complying with stringent emission standards.

In summary, the Lochinvar 80 - 285 series stands out for its high efficiency, durability, and user-friendly technology. With its advanced condensing technology, stainless steel heat exchanger, intelligent controls, and versatile installation options, it is a dependable choice for anyone seeking a reliable heating solution that prioritizes performance and sustainability.
