Nettoyage au lave-vaisselle :La base de l’appareil peut être lavée au lave-vaisselle. Si cette méthode de nettoyage est choisie, il est important de respecter les consignes suivantes :

•Placer la base UNIQUEMENT DANS LE PLATEAU SUPÉRIEUR du lavevaisselle;.

•Utiliser UNIQUEMENT le cycle de lavage à FROID – PAS DE CHALEUR. (Note: Using your heat cycle can result in damage to your base).

Remarque : Kaz n’assume aucune responsabilité pour tout dommage causé au lavevaisselle ou à l’humidificateur en raison du nettoyage non adéquat de la base de l’humidificateur.

PROLONGATION DE LA DURÉE DE SERVICE DU FILTRE ET ENTRETIEN DE L’HUMIDIFICATEUR

REMARQUE: ÉVITER DE NETTOYER LE FILTRE NATURAL COOL MOISTUREMD AVEC UNE SOLUTION CHIMIQUE, QUELLE QU’ELLE SOIT, CE QUI ENDOMMAGERAIT LE FILTRE.

•Si le filtre Natural Cool MoistureMD semble obstrué par de l’eau dure ou des dépôts de minéraux, le faire tremper pendant 10 minutes dans un évier rempli d’eau fraîche. ÉVITER DE PRESSER OU DE TORDRE LE FILTRE NATURAL COOL MOISTUREMD. Toujours replacer le filtre dans l’humidificateur quand il est encore mouillé.

Il y a plusieurs étapes à suivre au moment de chaque remplissage de l’humidificateur afin d’obtenir la durée de service maximale du filtre Natural Cool MoistureMD

1.Afin de prévenir les dépôts de minéraux, utiliser l’adoucisseur d’eau Honeywell®, article numéro HAC-102, à chaque remplissage du réservoir.

2.Manipuler avec soin le filtre Natural Cool MoistureMD. ÉVITER de le presser ou de le tordre. ÉVITER de nettoyer le filtre avec une solution chimique, quelle qu’elle soit.

3.Toujours acheter les filtres Natural Cool MoistureMD de marque Honeywell® (HC-888), puisque le moteur du ventilateur de l’humidificateur a été conçu pour fonctionner efficacement en combinaison avec le filtre Natural Cool MoistureMD. Le fait d'utiliser une autre sorte de filtre pourrait endommager le moteur de l'humidificateur ou diminuer son rendement.

4.S’assurer de jeter l’eau restant dans le réservoir et la base quand l’humidificateur ne sert pas.

ENTRETIEN DE FIN DE SAISON ET ENTREPOSAGE

•À la fin de la saison d’utilisation, ou dans le cas où l’humidificateur ne sera pas utilisé pendant plus d’une semaine, nettoyer l'appareil conformément aux directives de la section intitulée NETTOYAGE HEBDOMADAIRE.

•À la fin de la saison d’utilisation, retirer et jeter le filtre. Éviter de laisser le filtre usagé dans l'humidificateur au moment de ranger l’appareil.

•S'assurer que tous les composants de l’humidificateur sont secs avant de le ranger. Vider complètement la base et le réservoir avant d’entreposer l’appareil.

•Placer l'humidificateur dans son emballage initial et le ranger dans un endroit frais et sec.

•Penser à nettoyer l’humidificateur et à installer un nouveau filtre au début de la prochaine saison d’utilisation.
