metal chassis, pilot burner, pilot enclosure, mesh screen if present,

or any other metal object.

c. Ignitor gap is too large.

Verify gap of igniter to right side of pilot hood. The gap should be

approximately .17 in. or 1/8 in. (3 mm).

d. Module.

Turn ON/OFF rocker switch or wall switch to OFF position. Remove

ignitor wire “I” from module. Place a grounded wire about 3/16 in. (5

mm) away from “I” terminal on module. Place ON/OFF rocker switch

or wall switch in ON position. If there is no spark at “I” terminal

module must be replaced. If there is a spark at “I” terminal, module

is fine. Inspect pilot assembly for shorted sparker wire or cracked

insulator around electrode. Replace pilot if necessary.

c. Improper wall switch wiring.

Check wiring connections.

d. Module not grounded.

Verify black ground wire from module wire harness is grounded to

metal chassis of appliance.

e. Module.

not exceed 14 in. W.C.

b. Ignitor gap is incorrect.

Verify that spark gap from ignitor to pilot hood is .17 in. or 1/8 in (3 mm).

c. Module is not grounded.

Verify module is securely grounded to metal chassis of appliance.

d. Module voltage output / Valve/Pilot

Verify battery voltage is at least 2.7 volts. Replace batteries if volt-

Hearth and Home Technologies (HHT) has long been a leader in the hearth industry, and their line of gas fireplaces is a testament to their commitment to innovation, quality, and user satisfaction. Among their notable products are the CFL-24LP-IPI, CFL-30LP-C, ST-CFL-24LP-B, CFL-24LP-C, and CFL-30NG-C models, which offer a wide array of features designed to enhance warmth and ambiance in any living space.

One of the standout features across these models is the innovative "Intermittent Pilot Ignition" (IPI) technology found in the CFL-24LP-IPI. This system allows for greater energy efficiency by igniting the burner only when the fireplace is in use, reducing gas consumption and saving on utility bills. This energy-efficient design is complemented by a range of realistic flame effects that can be adjusted to suit user preferences, bringing the allure of a traditional wood fire into a modern gas appliance.

The CFL-30LP-C and CFL-30NG-C models target larger spaces with enhanced heating capacity and design flexibility. With their impressive dimensions, these units can effectively serve as the focal point of a room while providing ample warmth to larger areas. Featuring a variety of trim and finish options, they easily match diverse interior styles, from contemporary to classic.

Another significant aspect of these models is their user-friendly controls. Many units come equipped with remote control functionality, allowing users to adjust flame height and temperature settings without leaving their seats. This convenience is further amplified by the installation of a thermostat mode that helps maintain a consistent room temperature, enhancing overall comfort.

The ST-CFL-24LP-B and CFL-24LP-C models emphasize size without compromising style or performance. These compact options are perfect for smaller spaces, yet still deliver robust heating capabilities and the elegant aesthetics associated with Hearth and Home Technologies.

All these models adhere to high safety standards and include features such as automatic shut-off valves and glass doors to prevent accidental contact with the flame. Additionally, they are designed for easy maintenance and service, ensuring longevity and consistent performance.

In conclusion, Hearth and Home Technologies’ gas fireplace range brings together efficiency, style, and advanced technology. With models like the CFL-24LP-IPI, CFL-30LP-C, ST-CFL-24LP-B, CFL-24LP-C, and CFL-30NG-C, homeowners can achieve a cozier atmosphere while enjoying the benefits of modern engineering. Whether for a contemporary or traditional setting, these fireplaces deliver on both form and function.
