Low suction or poor pickup may be due to a clog in the vacuum cleaner. If you notice a change in the sound of the motor or a reduction in the spinning action, check for clogs.

1.Unplug cleaner from electrical outlet.

2.Empty Dirt Container.

3.Check Upper Tank for build up or clogs.

4.Remove the secondary cyclone and check the suction inlet for a clog.

5.Grasp the Hose Grip and lift to separate from the suction opening. Check for a clog in the Base or the Hose.

6.Release the Twist n' Snap hose from the vacuum by turning to the left. Straighten the hose and unclog with a long, narrow object such as a broomstick.

7.If the low suction persists, follow the instructions for Checking the Rotating Brush on page 11 and inspect the Air Passageway for obstructions.

The Bissell 89Q9, also known as the Bissell CleanView 1330, is a powerful upright vacuum cleaner designed to tackle dirt, dust, and pet hair with ease. This model combines advanced cleaning technologies with user-friendly features, making it a popular choice among households.

One of the standout features of the Bissell 89Q9 is its Triple Action Brush Roll. This innovative brush system includes a combination of bristle and silicone bristles that work together to effectively lift and remove embedded dirt from carpets and upholstery. The brush roll also has a scatter-free technology that helps capture debris on hard surfaces without scattering it around, ensuring a cleaner finish.

This vacuum excels in versatility with its lightweight design and easy maneuverability. Weighing in at just under 15 pounds, the Bissell 89Q9 can be easily carried up and down stairs or moved from room to room with little effort. Moreover, its 25-foot power cord provides ample reach without the hassle of frequently switching outlets.

Another impressive characteristic is the multi-cyclonic suction system. This technology ensures powerful suction that lasts longer, helping to maintain consistent cleaning performance. It effectively separates dirt from the air, reducing the likelihood of a clogged filter, which is a common issue in less advanced models.

The Bissell 89Q9 also features a large capacity dirt bin, which can be easily emptied with the touch of a button. This eliminates the messy hassle of dealing with vacuum bags and makes maintenance a breeze. Additionally, the easy empty dirt tank is designed to be washable, ensuring that the vacuum not only cleans your home but can also be kept clean itself.

For those with pets, the vacuum comes with specialized tools such as the Pet Hair Eraser Tool, which is specifically engineered to lift pet hair from carpets and upholstery. There’s also a crevice tool for reaching tight spaces, and a dusting brush for delicate surfaces.

In conclusion, the Bissell 89Q9, 18Z6 delivers strong cleaning performance backed by advanced technologies. Its combination of lightweight design, efficient suction, and specialized tools for pet owners makes it a top option for consumers seeking a reliable vacuum cleaner that meets various cleaning needs.
