OPERATING YOUR VACUUM SEALER

USING BAGS

1.To turn the unit on: Place unit on a dry, flat surface. Plug the unit in.

2.To fill bag to be vacuum

packed: Put food in bag. Wipe off any liquid and food particles away from area of bag to be sealed.

3.To vacuum pack the bag: Lift the Lid until you hear a click. Lay the filled bag in front of the unit and place the open end into the Vacuum Chamber. Close the lid. Push down on the corners of the Lid with the palms of your hands until two clicks are heard. Press the “Vacuum/Seal” button. The unit will begin to vacuum and the indicator light will be lit. When the process is complete, the seal indicator light will come on as well indicating the unit is sealing the bag. When the sealing process is complete, both lights will go off. Press the unlock buttons, lift the lid, and remove the bag.

4.To seal the bag ONLY (no vacuum): Lay the filled bag in the unit as directed for vacuum sealing. Close the lid and lock it. Press the “Seal Only” button. The indicator light will go on and the sealing process will start immediately. When complete, the indicator light will go off. Press the unlock buttons, lift the lid, and remove the bag.

5.To stop the appliance: Vacuuming or Sealing can be stopped at any time by pressing the “Cancel” button.

NOTE: Store vacuum packed products properly. All perishable foods need to be refrigerated or frozen to prevent spoilage.

OPEN A SEALED BAG

Cut bag straight across with scissors, just inside the seal.

RESEALING

You can reseal many foods in their original store packages (i.e. potato chip bags, salad bags).

1.Open the lid and place either open end of bag material on Sealing Strip, close it. Press down on the lid until two click sounds are heard.

2.Press the “Seal Only” Button to start sealing.

3.When the Seal Indicator Light turns off, sealing is completed. Press both unlock buttons.

4.Open the upper lid and take out the bag.

NOTE: For best sealing effect, it is better to let the appliance cool down for 1 minute before using it again. Wipe out any excess liquid or food residue on Removable Interface after each bag package.
