Rengöring/isärtagning av BISTRO örthackare

•Dra loss lockets underdel med monterat knivskydd (bild 2) från lockets överdel. (bild 5)

•Håll fast lockets underdel med ena handen, och pressa ihop knivklingor- nas klamrar i det mittersta kugghjulet med den andra handen, samtidigt som du pressar ut hela knivenheten. (bild 6)

•Skruva av knivskyddet genom att vrida det i riktning «öffnen».

•Behållare, lock och knivskydd är diskmaskinståliga.

•Knivklingorna är inte diskmaskinståliga. Rengör dem med diskborste under rin- nande vatten.

•Använd inte skurmedel eller stålull, det repar ytorna på örthackaren.

Hopsättning av BISTRO örthackare

•Skjut knivenheten med monterat knivskydd underifrån över den fria tap- pen tills den fastnar med ett klick.

•Tryck det stora kugghjulet nedåt tills klamrarna låser fast knivklingorna med ett klick.

•Sätt ihop lockets över- och underdel.
