•Enlever la partie inférieure du couver- cle, avec le protège-lames en place (fig- ure 2), de la partie supérieure du cou- vercle. (Figure 5)

•D’une main, maintenir la partie inférieure du couvercle, de l’autre, presser la pince des lames à l’intérieur de la roue dentée centrale et enlever le tout, protège-lames inclus. (Figure 6)

•Ôter le protège-lames d’une rotation dans la direction de la flèche «ouvrir».

•Le gobelet, le couvercle et le protège- lames résistent au lave-vaisselle.

•Les lames de couteaux ne résistent pas au lave-vaisselle. Nettoyer sous l’eau à l’aide d’une brosse.

•Ne pas utiliser de détergents ou de laine d’acier, qui raieront irrémédiable- ment les différentes surfaces du moulin à herbes.

Remontage du moulin à herbes BISTRO

•Presser les lames de couteaux avec le protège-lames par le bas dans le tenon ouvert jusqu’à ce qu’elles s’encliquè- tent.

•Presser la grande roue dentée vers le bas, jusqu’à ce qu’elle s’encliquète et que la pince des lames de couteaux soit correctement en place.

•Remettre en place les parties supérieure et inférieure du couvercle.
