BISTRO urtekværn består af et gennem- sigtigt bæger med hvirvelanordninger på bunden af bægeret (fig. 3) og et todelt låg (fig. 1). Underdelen af låget fungerer som holder for skæreklingerne af hærdet, rustfrit stål. De er fast mon- teret i en plastholder og beskyttet af en knivbeskyttelse med bajonetlås (fig. 2).

Vigtigt!

•Skæreklingerne og -spidserne er meget skarpe!

•BISTRO urtekværnen skal opbevares utilgængelig for børn!

•Drej aldrig BISTRO urtekværnen med påsat knivbeskyttelse!

•Opbevar altid BISTRO urtekværn med knivbeskyttelsen sat på!

•Låget (uden knivbeskyttelse) skal være let at dreje. Er dette ikke tilfældet, skal du kontrollere, om det er sat rigtigt sammen.

Anvendelse

•Åbn låget. Drej knivbeskyttelsen til side med en drejbevægelse i pilretnin- gen «Åbne». Kom de vaskede, afdryppede urter uden stængler i beholderen (ca. 10–15 g).

•Sæt låget på, tag apparatet i begge hænder, og drej frem og tilbage, indtil urterne har opnået den ønskede fin- hed (fig. 4). Ryst bægeret, mens du drejer, så indholdet fordels godt.

•Tag låget af, og kom urterne direkte på panden eller i skålen.
