8Nu neemt men het koffiezetapparaat van de verwarmingsplaat af en plaatst het op een onderzetter die echter niet nat of koud zijn mag. Alle smaakstoffen gaan over in het borrelende water. Na een paar seconden begint de gemaakte koffie in de kolf te lopen. Indien verstopping optreedt plaatst men de kolf terug op de verwarmingsplaat en laat de koffie nogmaals even koken.
