5Doe dan de gemalen koffie in de trechter. Men rekent met één maatlepel per kopje. Daarvoor kan willekeurig fijn gemalen koffie gebruikt worden.

6Zet nu de trechter op de kolf en breng het water aan de kook.

7Het water in de kolf stijgt nu hoog in de trechter en mengt zich met de gemalen koffie. In de onderste kolf blijven ongeveer 2 cm water over (indien in de kolf geen water overblijft, moet deze onmiddellijk van de fornuis- plaat worden weggenomen en vervangen, omdat dan gevaar voor scheurvorming door spanningen bestaat).

5Häll i malet kaffe i kannans överdel, ca ett mått per kopp. Kaffets malningsgrad har ingen betydelse vid denna brygg- metod.

5Versez ensuite le café moulu dans le bol supérieur, à raison d’une dose par tasse. A propos, le café peut ici être moulu avec le degré de finesse de votre choix.

5Mettere nella coppa superiore un misurino di caffè macinato per ogni tazza. Il caffè può essere macinato al grado di finezza desiderato.

6Placera sedan över- delen ovanpå kan- nans underdel och koka upp vattnet.

6Posez enfin le bol supérieur sur le bol inférieur et faites bouillir l’eau.

6Posizionare ora la coppa superiore sulla caraffa e far bollire l’acqua.

7Det kokande vattnet stiger genom tratten upp i över- delen och blandas med kaffet. Det stannar normalt alltid kvar ca 2 cm vatten på kannans botten. (Om det inte finns något vatten kvar i kannan, måste den omedelbart tas bort från värmekällan. Efter en stund skall kannan sättas tillbaka, för att minimera risken att den spricker).

(Si tel n’était pas le cas, retirez-le immédiatement du feu. Le bol inférieur doit dans un tel cas être remplacé, étant donné le risque de fissures par contrainte).
