OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Setting the Controls

The total available temperature range of the indor unit isfrom 39 - 420F (4.0-- 5.60C) to 54 - 560F (12 - 130C). The total available temperaturerange of the outdoor unit is from 33 - 350F (0.5-- 1.10C) to 54 - 560F (12 - 130C). The higher the number selected, the cooler temperature within the unit. Initially set the control knob midway between the numbers. Allow at least 48 hours for the unit to stabilize before making any adjustments to the initial setting.

FOR OUTDOOR UNITS - it is recommended thatni temperatures above 110oF(43oC) and below 40oF (4.4oC) the unit be shut off. The normal operatingrange for the unit is between 60oF (15.6oC) and 100oF (37.7oC).

General Tips and Suggestions

•After making a temperature adjustment, allow 24 hours for your refrigerated beverage center to reach a new temperature setting.

•The motor will start and stop often. It must do thisto maintain the temperature setting. •Unplug the refrigeratedbeverage center before working on anything with the electrical system.

•Exercisecaution when sweeping, vacuuming,or mopping near the front of the unit. Damage to the grill and/or the light fixture switch can occur.

INTERIOR LIGHT

The interior light allows youto view the unit’s contents.When the switch is in the “OFF” position, the light willomec on only when the door is opened. In the “ON” position, the light remains on continuously. NOTE: Outdor units do not havea light switch.

WARNING

ELECTRICAL SHOCK HAZARD

Failure to disconnect the power cord when changing the light bulb may result in electrical shock.

LIGHT BULB REPLACEMENT

This unituses a 15-watt appliance bulb with an ntermediatei base located inside the light shield. The light shield ison the back of the unit and is held in place bythe use of three screws. Remove the three screws and light shield to remove the light bulb. DO NOT replace the bulb with a bulb higher than15 watts.

ENERGY SAVING TIPS

•Reduce door openings.

•Close the door as soon as you can.

•Keep the condenser coils on bottom of the refrigerated beverage center clean. •Adjust the temperature control to a warmer setting when practical.

•Do not put hot foods in the refrigerated beverage center. •Install unit away from the stove or oth er heat sources.
