.JVC	WARRANTY
	Warranty applies only to PRODUCT distributed in Canada by JVC Canada Inc.
JVC CANADA INC. (hereafter called "JVC ") gives the following express warranty for each new JVC product distributed in
Canada by JVC and sold by an authorized JVC dealer. JVC warrants that this JVC product is free, under normal use and
maintenance, from any defects in material and workmanship subject to the following terms and conditions:

JVC vous garantit que ce prod uit est degage, sous utilisation et entretien normal , de tout delaut materiel et de fabrication sous re serve des modalites et conditions suivantes :

1.	To Obtain Warranty Service:
	(a) JVC product requiring service must be presented together
		withproof of purchase.
	(b) The JVC product must be brought in for service to an
		authorized JVC Service Centre.
2.	Limitation:
	This Wa rranty shal l not apply to:
	(a)	Repair or replacement of any cabi nets, batteries, plates,
		connection cords, antennas, dust covers. knob s, speaker
		grills. speaker cones. projection screens, projection screen
		save rs. and all accessories.
	(b) Anydefectscaused or repa irs required as a resu ll of
		misuse. abusive operation, negligence, improper use and/or
		insufficient care.
	(c)	Any defect caused or repai rsrequ ired as aresult of not
		fo llowing theinstructions intheoperati on manual.
	(d) Any JVC product tamperedwith, adjusted or repaired by
		any party other than JVC or authorized JVCService Centre
		personnel
	(e)	Any JVCproductson which theserial number has been
		defaced, modified or removed.
	(f)	Maintenance. cleaning or periodic check-up
	(g) Conversionto foreign or domestic voltage or frequency.
	(h) Any JVC product without theCanadian Electrical Safety
		Regulations ID.
	(i)	Any JVC products used for commercial or in stitutional,
		rental, or di splay purposes.
		Parts	1year (except video head- 90 days)
		Labour ...	90 days
	(j)	Any JVC product which has beenreso ldand no longer owned
		by the original purchaser.
	(k) Product purchased from "outside Canada", "bankruptcy" or
		"liquidator"
	(I)	Any defects caused by fire. flood , lightning. power surge, or
		other events beyond the control of JVC.
	(m)FOR AUTO PRODUCTS
		Warranty does not cove r elimination of car static or electrical
		interferences, cleaningof head, ad justments. or labour cost
		for theremova l or reinstallation of the uni t for repair.

3.	Standards:
	If any defects shou ldbe found in aJVC product withinthe
	applicable terms, necessary repairs shall be made at no cost to
	th epurchaser for parts or labou r when JVC acknowledges that
	such defects are due to faulty material or workma nship.
4.	Exclusion of All Other Express Warranties :
	This warranty const itutesthe enti re express warrantygiven by
	JVCfor JVC products and no dealer or se rvice centre personnel
	or hi s, itsor their agent or employee is, or areauthorized to
	extend or enlarge this warranty on behalf of JVC .
5.	Disclaimer of Consequential Dam age:
	To theextent thelaw perm itsJVC disclaims any responsibil ity
	for loss of timeor use of its product. transportation costs,
	or anyother indirect. incidental or consequential damage or
	inconvenience.

		a!'omission de suivreles recommandationsdu manuel
		d'instruction.
	(d) Tout produit JVC altere. ajusteau repare par tout autre
		ent repriseque JVC au un centre de serviced'entretienau de

		Tou t dammage cause par lefeu, une inondation, un eclair,
		unesurtension autout autre evenement hors du controle de
		JVC.

	(m) POURLESPRODU ITSD'AU TOMOBILE
	La garantiene couvrepas !'elimination d'interferences
	statiq ues au electriques de Iavoiture, lenettoyage de tete,
	lesajustementset les coOts de maind'reuvre associes a
	l'enlllVement ou aIareinstallation de l'unite pour reparation.
3.	Criteres:
	Si unproduit JVC s'averait defectueux,selon lesconditions
	applicables, les reparations necessaires seront effectues
	sans coOtsadditionnelsal'acheteur pour les pieces et		Ia main
	d'reuvrelorsque JVC reconnait quede tells	defectuositessonI
	causees par une defectuosite demater iel au de fabricalion.
4.	Exclusion de fou tes autres garanties expresses:
	Cette garantie constituel'entieregarantie express donnee pa r
	JVC pour les produits JVC. Nul representant au employe d'un
	d!Hai llant ou d'unserviced'entretienn'est autor ise apro longer
	cettegarantieau nom de JVC.
5.	Denegation des da mmages indire cts:
	Dans Iamesure permise par Ialoi, JVC nietoute responsabilite
	pour perlede temps ou d'usage de ses produits , des coots de
	transport ou tout aut re dommageau incon venient indirect,
	acci dentel et consequent.
