1½ tasses de lait entier en poudre	1 gros œuf, légèrement battu
¾ tasse de farine multi-usages	2 cuillers à soupe d’huile végétale
½ tasse d’avoine à cuisson rapide	3 cuillers à café de levure chimique
½ tasse de farine de blé complet	¼ cuiller à café de sel

1.Dans un grand saladier, mélangez les farines, l’avoine, la levure chimique et le sel.

2.Dans un saladier séparé, mélangez le lait, l’huile végétale et l’œuf.

3.Mélangez les ingrédients humides pour les incorporer dans les ingrédients secs jusqu’à la disparition des gros grumeaux. Ne mélangez pas trop.

4.Versez environ ¾ tasse de pâte à gaufres dans la machine à gaufres préchauffée puis cuisez jusqu’à ce que plus aucune vapeur ne s’échappe et que la gaufre soit dorée.
