Knowing your microwave
oven
Notes
If you choose a program but do not press another command within one minute, the display will return to the time of day and and a tone will sound.
Symbols will appear on the display to guide you when setting and using your oven.
When cooking has finished, four tones will sound and the display will show 'End'. Two tones will sound every two minutes until the door is opened or the 'Cancel' pad is touched.
You can stop the cooking process at any time by two methods:
➢Opening the oven door, the light will remain on but the microwave oven stops the heating process and the fan will stop. To resume cooking close the door and touch the 'Start' pad.
➢Or, touching the 'Cancel' pad. To cancel the cooking program completely, touch the 'Cancel' pad again.
Always cook food for the shortest cooking time recommended. During cooking check occasionally to see if the cooking time you set is sufficient.
If you do not have a cover for the dish you are cooking food in, use microwaveable cling film. Remember to leave a gap for steam to escape during cooking.
