Before Requesting Service

These things are normal:

The oven causes interference

Some radio and TV interference might occur when you cook with the microwave oven.

with my TV.

This interference is similar to the interference caused by small appliances such as

 

mixers, vacuums, blow dryers, etc. It does not indicate a problem with your oven.

 

 

Steam accumulates on the oven

During cooking, steam and warm air are given off from the food. Most of the steam and

PROBLEM

Oven will not turn on.

Oven will not start cooking.

The Glass Tray wobbles.

When the oven is operating, there is noise coming from the glass tray.

The word “LOCK” appears in the display window.

The oven stops cooking by microwave and "H97" or "H98" appears in the display window.

POSSIBLE CAUSE

The oven is not plugged in securely.

Circuit breaker or fuse is tripped or blown.

There is a problem with the outlet.

The door is not closed completely.

Start Pad was not pressed after programming.

Another program is already entered into the oven.

The program is not correct.

Stop/Reset Pad has been pressed accidentally.

The Glass Tray is not positioned properly on the Roller Ring or there is food under the Roller Ring.

The Roller Ring and oven bottom are dirty.

The CHILD LOCK was activated.

This display indicates a problem with the microwave generation system.

REMEDY

Remove plug from outlet, wait 10 seconds and re-insert.

Reset circuit breaker or replace fuse.

Plug another appliance into the outlet to check if it is working.

Close the oven door securely.

Press Start Pad.

Press Stop/Reset Pad to cancel the previous program and enter new program.

Program again according to the Operating Instructions.

Program oven again.

Take out Glass Tray and Roller Ring. Wipe with a damp cloth and reset Roller Ring and Glass Tray properly.

Clean these parts according to Care and

Cleaning of your Microwave Oven (see page 24).

Deactivate LOCK by pressing Stop/Reset pad 3 times (see page 9).

Please contact an authorised Service Center (see page 28).
