*The heating is switched on only if the room temperature is lower than 25ºC. If the room temperature is above 25ºC theingredients are already at the right temperature and there is no need for pre-heating. For the first and second rising the room temperature must be above 25ºC or high enough to make the dough rise with out extra heating.

The heating is switched on and off only if the room temperature is lower than 35ºC. A room temperature of more than 35ºC is enough to make the dough rise without extra heating
