When shutting down the unit for more than one week, follow the instructions below.

When preparing the unit for long storage, prevent the door from closing to reduce the risk of children getting trapped. Leave the shelves in place so that children may not easily climb inside.

IMPORTANT

When preparing the unit for long storage, clean the cabinet interior, door gaskets, and shelves. See "III.A. Cleaning" for details.

1)Before shutting down the unit, move all items into another refrigerator.

2)Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn off the unit.

3)Unplug the unit. WARNING! To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not touch the plug with damp hands.

4)WARNING! Prevent the door from closing to reduce the risk of children getting trapped. Leave the shelves in place so that children may not easily climb inside.
