Cómo funciona la cocción por inducción

Los elementos ubicados debajo de la superficie de cocción producen un campo magnético, lo que hace que el recipiente de metal ferroso vibre y produzca calor.

La superficie de cocción misma no se calienta. El calor se produce en el recipiente de cocción y no puede generarse hasta que se coloque el recipiente en la superficie de cocción.

Cuando se activa el elemento, el recipiente comienza a calentarse de inmediato y a su vez calienta el contenido del recipiente.

La cocción por inducción magnética requiere el uso de recipientes de cocción hechos de metales ferrosos; metales a los que se adhieren los imanes, como hierro o acero.

Utilice recipientes que se ajusten al tamaño del elemento. El recipiente debe ser lo suficientemente grande para que el sensor de seguridad pueda activar un elemento.

El anafe no comenzará a funcionar si un utensilio de acero o hierro pequeño (menor al tamaño mínimo de la parte inferior) se coloca sobre la superficie de cocción cuando se enciende la unidad—elementos tales como espátulas

de acero, cucharas, cuchillos u otros utensilios pequeños.

Pueden utilizarse elementos de cocción más grandes que el anillo del elemento; sin embargo, el calor se generará sólo por encima del elemento.

Para mejores resultados, el recipiente debe hacer contacto TOTAL con la superficie de vidrio.

No permita que la parte inferior del recipiente de cocción toque los rebordes de metal que rodean el anafe o que queden sobre los controles del anafe.

Para un mejor desempeño, ajuste el tamaño del recipiente al tamaño del elemento. Usar una olla más pequeña sobre un quemador más grande genera menos energía en cualquier configuración.
