Use

Turning on

￿Open the water supply, if it is closed.

￿Open the door.

￿Make sure the spray arms can rotate freely.

￿Press the ￿ button to turn the dishwasher on.

The ￿ indicator and the indicator of the last set program light up.

Selecting a program

Choose your program according to the type of load and soiling.

See the "Program Guide" for more information.

￿Select the desired program with the Program selection button.

The indicator light for the selected program will come on.

You can now select any additional options (see "Additional Options").

Starting a program

￿Start the program by closing the door.

Cancel a program only in the first few minutes.

Otherwise important program steps (e.g. the water softening) may be interrupted.

Standby

A few minutes after the last key is pressed or at the end of the program the dishwasher will switch into Standby mode to save energy. The display and the indicators are turned off and only the ￿ indicator lights.

￿To turn the dishwasher back on press any key (except ￿).

If refill salt and/or rinse aid or a fault are present in the display, the dishwasher will not switch to Standby mode.
