The burner does not ignite after several attempts.

Possible fault

Solution

Disconnect the appliance from the electrical supply for a few seconds. If the problem persists, check if:

The burner is assembled incorrectly.

The gas valve is closed.

The burner is wet and soiled.

The flame slits are dry and unblocked

Reassemble the burner as shown in "Cleaning and Care - Burners".

Open the gas valve.

Clean the burners. See "Cleaning and Care".

Dry the igniters.

The flame goes out after being lit.

The flames are not touching the ignition safety control. Check if:

The burner is assembled incorrectly.

There is no soiling on the ignition safety control.

Reassemble the burner as shown in "Cleaning and Care - Burners".
