What if "F" and a number appear in the oven display?

F15": the Self Clean program was

Turn the program selector to "0"

again call Technical Service.

"F17": A temperature sensor is defective.

The oven can still be used for but,

 

the catalytic converter will not

 

work properly and the Self Clean

 

program can not be selected.

 

If the temperature sensor fails dur-

 

ing the cleaning program the oven

 

door cannot be opened until the in-

 

ternal oven temperature has

 

dropped to below 530°F (280°C)

 

and the "p" symbol flashes in the

 

display.

What if the timer display is dark when the oven is first turned on?

This is normal.

If the time display has been turned off, the display will remain dark.

If the "Start" and "End" buttons are pressed simultaneously, "12:00" should appear in the display.

What if the time of day can not be entered after a power failure?

Check whether the program selector is set to "0". The time of day can only be en- tered when the program selector is set to "0".
