Set Auto Simmer like Auto Roastas explainedon page 10. Display shows “COOL” until food is 80”F., then switchesto show food temperature until 180”F.
Oven will hold at 180°F.,until you turn off the oven and removethe food. If stirring is recommended, you can reset oven by retouching START.Touch CLEAR/OFF after cooking.
Totaltime includes time to bring food to 180”F.and hold at that temperature until done.
