Automatic Simmer

Your Cookbook has information on Automatic Simmering, including charts and recipes.

Total time includes time to bring food to 180°F. and hold at that temperature until done.

Set AutoSimmer like Auto Roast as explained on page 10. Display shows "COOL" until food is 80"F., then switches to show food temperature until 180°F.

Oven will hold at 180"F., until you turn off the oven and remove the fqod. If stirring is recommended. you can reset oven by retouching START. Touch CLEARIOFF after cooking.
