11⁄2 tazas de leche

cucharadita de pimienta

3 docenas de huevos

1⁄4

taza de manteca derretida

1 cucharadita de sal

 

 

En un tazón grande, bata la leche, los huevos, la sal y pimienta con una batidora. Vierta la manteca derretida en una asadera de 9x13 pulgadas e incline la asadera de un lado a otro para cubrir el fondo y los lados. Vierta la mezcla de huevos en la asadera. Coloque en el horno asador y cocine los huevos a 400ºF por 30 minutos, revolviendo y raspando los lados de la asadera con un espátula de caucho cada 10 minutos para asegurar una cocción uniforme. Se obtienen 15 porciones

Panecillos pegajosos de una noche

2⁄3 de taza de nueces picadas finito

1bolsa de 1 libra, 9 onzas de masa congelada para panecillos

4 cucharadas + 1 cucharadita de mezcla de postre de cocinar y servir, sabor caramelo (1⁄2 de una caja de 3.5 onzas)

1⁄4 taza de manteca, derretida

1⁄2 taza de azúcar morena

1 cucharadita de canela

Aceite una tortera Bundt o con tubo de 10 pulgadas. Espolvoree las nueces en el fondo de la asadera. Coloque los panecillos congelados en la asadera. Espolvoree con la mezcla del postre. Vierta la manteca derretida sobre los panecillos. Combine el azúcar morena y la canela y espolvoree sobre los panecillos. Cubra con papel de cera y deje que se asienten a temperatura ambiente toda la noche. Por la mañana, saque el papel de cera, coloque en el horno asador y cocine a 350ºF por 20 a 30 minutos. Saque del horno e inmediatamente coloque una fuente en la parte supe- rior de la asadera. Use guantes para horno e invierta la asadera para sacar los panecillos pegajosos.
