OPERATION (SETTING)

SETTING CONVECTION AUTO CONVERSION FEATURE

When using convection bake, the Convection Auto Conversion feature will automatically convert entered regular baking temperatures to convection baking temperatures.

This feature is activated so that the display will show the actual converted (reduced) temperature. For example, if you enter a regular recipe temperature of 350° and touch the START pad, the display will show the converted temperature of 325°.

To set the feature Disable/Enable

1. Touch SETTING once.

2.Touch 1 for ENABLE or 2 for

DISABLE.

3.Touch START to accept the desired change.

OVEN TEMPERATURE

ADJUSTMENT

The temperature in the oven has been preset at the factory. When first using the oven, be sure to follow recipe times and temperatures. If you think the oven is too hot or too cool, the temperature in the oven can be adjusted. Before adjusting, test a recipe by using a temperature setting that is higher or lower than the recommended temperature. The baking results should help you to decide how much of an adjustment is needed.

The oven temperature can be adjusted ±35° (±19°).

Note: • The oven temperature adjustments made with this feature will change Bake, Convection Bake, and Convection Roast temperature.

To increase the oven temperature:

1. Touch SETTING twice.

2.To increase the temperature use the number pads to enter the

desired change. (Example 20°F : 2 and 0). 20°F will be displayed.

3.Touch START to accept the temperature change and the display will return to the time of

day. Touch CLEAR/OFF to reject the change if necessary.

To decrease the oven temperature:

1. Touch SETTING twice.

2.To decrease the temperature use the number pads to enter the desired change.

(Example -20°F : 2 and 0) and then touch SETTING once.

-20°Fwill be displayed.

3.Touch START to accept the temperature change and the display will return to the time of

day. Touch CLEAR/OFF to reject the change if necessary.
