DVD Menu Operations

Night mode - turning on/off

Off

Select this when you want to enjoy the surround sound with its full dynamic range.

On

Select this to level out the volume. High volume output will be softened and low volume output will be brought upward to an audible level.This feature is only available for movies with Dolby Digital mode.

Test Tone

The system will start testing the speaker from left speaker to right speaker cyclically until you exit tone test.

Notes:

You can press 1 to exit test tone mode at any time.

The master volume can be adjusted during tone test.

SCORE OFF

Select this when you want to canel the kara score function.

SCORE ON

Select this when you want to sing with a microphone.The system will record your kara score.

DivX (R) VOD

Philips provides you the DivX(R) VOD (Video On Demand) registration code that allows you to rent and purchase videos using the DivX(R) VOD service.

1In disc mode, press SYSTEM MENU.

2Select icon and press 4.

3Press 1 / ¡ / 5 / 4 on the remote control to navigate in the menu.

Move to icon and press ¡.

Move to “DivX (R) VOD”.

Press OK on the remote control, and the registration code will appear.

4 Use the registration code to purchase or rent the videos from DivX(R) VOD service www.divx.com/vod.

Follow the instruction and download the video onto a CD-R for playback on this system.

Helpful Hint:
