F I LT E R C A R E
The stainless steel baffle filters and grease cups (if applicable) should be cleaned approxi- mately every month, depending on use. You may need to clean the filters more often if your cooking style generates large amounts of grease (for example, frying or wok cooking).
The filters are dishwasher safe and are designed to fit most dishwashers. Wolf recom- mends wiping filters and grease cups to remove any excess grease before placing in the dishwasher.
Refer to page 11 for the stainless steel filter removal and reinstallation procedures.
