Lift-up cooktop

1.Lift front of cook-top at both front corners until the support rods lock into place.

2.Wipe with warm, soapy water. Use a soapy, steel-wool pad on heavily soiled areas.

3.To lower the cooktop, lift cooktop from both sides while pressing the support rods back to unlock them. Lower the cooktop into place.

Personal Injury Hazard

Be sure both support rods are fully extended and in the locked position.

Failure to do so could result in personal injury from the cooktop accidentally falling.

NOTE: Do not drop the cook-top. Damage could result to the porcelain and the cooktop frame.

l Turn knobs to OFF and pull straight away from control panel.

l Wash, rinse, and dry thoroughly. Do not soak.

l Replace knobs. Make sure all knobs point to OFF.

l Wash, wipe with clean water, and dry thoroughly.

Paper towel and spray glass cleaner

l Do not spray cleaner directly on panel. Apply cleaner to paper towel.

NOTE: Set the Control Lock to prevent the oven from accidentally turning on when you are cleaning the panel. (See “Usingthe control lock” on page 12.)
