Optiond CaMing Kit (Part No. 242905)

The large diameter of most water-bath or pressure canners combined with high heat settings for long periods of time can shorten the life of regular surface units and cause damage to the cooktop.

If you plan to use the cooktop for canning, we recommend the installation

of a Canning Kit. Order the kit from your Whirlpool Dealer or Tech-Carem Service Company

Setting the Clock

Push In and turn the Mlnute llmer Knob to set the Clock.

1. Push In Mlnute llmer Knob and turn clockwlse until clock shows the right time of day.

2.Let the Minute llmer Knob pop out. Turn clockwise until Minute Timer hand points to OFF.The

clock sefflng will change If you push In the knob when tumlng.
