SCRAMBLED EGG
1/2 oz.(15g) butter
2 eggs
2 tbsp(30ml) milk salt & pepper
SAVORY MINCE
1 small onion, diced
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp(5ml) oil
7 oz.(200g) can chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp(15ml) tomato puree
1 tsp(5ml) mixed herbs
8 oz.(225g) minced beef salt and pepper
1.Melt the butter in a bowl at High for 1 minutes.
2.Add the eggs, milk and seasoning and mix well.
3.Cook at High for 3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds.
