How It Works

During the self-cleaning cycle, the oven gets much hotter than it does for baking

or broiling...approximately 875°F (468%). This heat breaks up grease and soil and burns if off.

The graph shows approximatetemperatures and times during a self-cleaning cycle for 3 hours.
