If you like tender-crisp vegetables, set the Auto Cook quantity for half the amount of vegetables you are actually cooking. For example, when cooking 2 cups of vegetables, set AUTO COOK for 1 cup. Cover with lid or plastic wrap. After cooking, remove from oven, stir, cover and let stand 3 to 5 minutes before serving.
