PROCEDURE

Arrange on a double layer of paper towels; cover with another towel.

To reheat, flatten on plate or place in bowl. Cover with vented plastic wrap. Stir before serving, if possible.

Prick; place on paper towel directly on turntable. After cooking remove from oven and let stand wrapped in foil 5 minutes.

Place in a microwave-safe container. For beans, carrots, corn, and peas, add I tablespoon water per cup. For broccoli, brussels sprouts, cabbage and cauliflower, cook immediately after washing with no additional water. If you like tender-crisp vegetables, set the Auto Cook quantity for half the amount of vegetables you are actually cooking. For example, when cooking 2 cups of vegetables, set Auto Cook for 1 cup. Cover with lid or plastic wrap. After cooking, remove from oven, stir, cover and let stand 3 to 5 minutes before sewing.
