Explanation:

Programscontainingstationsreceivedatpoorqualit y,or the same stations on different frequencies, should be erased,orcleared.

ToclearindividualProgramscallupthe Clearfunctionof the Tuner Menu. The flashing number is the Program Number to be cleared. You can either change it the

/ buttons,orenterthenumberdirectlyusingthe numericbuttons.

Pressthe buttontocleartheProgram.Pressthe buttontoclosetheTunermenu.

The tuner is unable to assess the qualityat which

manually. This also applies to transmitters whose f

tore process, or which the station does not transmit in

 

accordance with the RDS norm. To do this we recom

 

mend that you call up each Program and attempt to

 

improvethereceptionqualitybychangingtherecep

The Program can then be stored again manually; see

'Manual storing of radio programs'. Programs con

taining poorquality stations, or the same stations

differentfrequencies,shouldbecleared.Ifyouca

the Autostore process again, it ignores already stored

frequencies.Undercertaincircumstances,e.g.when

move house, it may be necessary to clear all the Pr
